Gateshead - Short Courses

Short and Mandatory courses are arranged for our network members based on demand and are funded from our Network Development fund.

All places are charged at a "subsidised" cost per person and must be booked and paid for in advance.

We welcome requests for short course training and provided that there is sufficient demand to fill all the places then the course will be delivered.

Any loss made by not filling the courses will certainly mean that future mandatory training may not be provided if we are not sustainable to fund it.

The recent success of filling all places on our July and September/October First Aid and Moving Handling courses was encouraging and at our next Get Together we will be reviewing the proposal for future short courses early in 2012.
