Safeguarding Adults means all work which enables an adult to retain independence, well being and choice and live a life that is free from abuse and neglect.
North Tyneside Local Authority are committed to raising awareness of adult abuse and ensuring the workforce supporting vulnerable adults are adequately trained - appropriate to their role and in line with national standards.
TWCA supports the training provided by North Tyneside and encourages employers to participate in this excellent FREE training opportunity.
There are currently 3 levels of training on offer.
