The Strategic Partnership is developed to ensure the Alliance reflects the relevant aims and outcomes identified in all funding bids using representatives from 5 Local Authorities as the party accountable for implementing Alliance decisions and receiving and being accountable for any monies received in connection with the aims and outcomes.
