Sunderland Safeguarding e-Learning;
Sunderland City Council are currently running FREE e-Learning Training on Level 1 Alerter and Mental Capacity ACT Training.
Sharon Hedley from Scope who has tried the new e-learning training;
"We have all enjoyed the courses and I feel that it has benefitted us on many levels, training this way has meant the least possible disruption to rotas and therefore to service users, as staff have completed training during quieter times of the day or evening, staff have already put into practise what they have learned about Mental Capacity and Safeguarding and by going through e-learning has also given staff skills and confidence to be able to complete more online training."
