We are an employer led, non-profit making skills broker supporting workforce development throughout the independent care sector in the North East.
Our mission is to work collaboratively with workforce development professionals and employers in the care sector to raise the quality of care.
What we do....
We seek to meet the workforce needs of the sector. The skills we fund enable people to do their jobs better, get new jobs or progress in their careers.
We provide a forum for the voice of the sector and work to an annual budget, targets and priorities.
We will work on your behalf to help you achieve positive outcomes and provide a point of reference for information and guidance. A dedicated Network Development Officer will offer one to one support to you and your organisation and navigate you to the best option to meet your workforce development needs.
